The customer will be responsible for any engraving charges, shipping and handling when Victory Awards & Trophies ships the items and any postage and handling charges incurred when shipping the merchandise back to Victory Awards & Trophies. Custom orders (i.e. helmet decals, T-shirts, bumper stickers, custom medals, custom certificates, custom dog tags, etc.) and engraved items cannot be returned.
